Markets are improving; this is the general consensus. The US interest rates have fallen to record lows in the past week according to CNN MONEY. This offers savings to investors of $100 per month for a $200,000 usd home compared to last year. Rates are not that low in Guatemala but for those who have dollars to invest, we are still in a prime season of the recession to invest for future returns.
